"Fear Allah concerning women. Verily you have taken them on the security of Allah and have made their persons lawful unto you by the words of Allah."
This was one of his final statements to all of humanity. The exploitation of women directly defies this prophetic command.
"The best of you is the one who is best to his wife."
The metric for masculine excellence in Islam is not wealth, not strength, not lineage. It is treatment of women.
"A virgin should not be given in marriage except after her permission."
Forced marriage directly contradicts this hadith. A woman's genuine consent is required.
The Prophet's first wife was Khadijah — a wealthy, independent businesswoman, 15 years his senior, married twice before. She proposed to him. He accepted. The first marriage in Islam: a woman proposing to a younger man. Zinaaa's women-first messaging is, in the deepest historical sense, Sunnah.
Men who use platforms to harass or exploit women are not following Islam. Zinaaa's structural design — women message first, ratings create accountability, exploitation is punished — is closer to the Prophet's ﷺ actual teachings than most of what passes for Islamic culture in Pakistan today.
