Filing a Takedown Notice

To report copyright infringement, send a written notice to legal@zinaaa.com containing:

• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing material on zinaaa
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by you, your agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
• Your electronic or physical signature

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days. We will investigate and, where appropriate, remove the content within 5 business days. We will notify the user whose content was removed.

Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notice with the same contact above, including: your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was by mistake or misidentification, and consent to jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Repeat Infringers

zinaaa will terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
