Account Help

Everything about your zinaaa account — setup, login, verification, and deletion.

Login Issues

zinaaa uses phone number verification — no password to forget. If your SMS code isn't arriving: check your number is correct, wait 60 seconds and request a new code, check your spam folder if using email login, or contact hello@zinaaa.com.

Photo Verification

All accounts require photo verification before becoming visible to others. You'll be shown a pose prompt (e.g. "look left, smile") and take a real-time selfie. Our system confirms your face matches your profile photos. This runs in under 30 seconds on most devices.

If verification fails: ensure good lighting, face the camera directly, remove glasses if possible, and try again. If it consistently fails, email hello@zinaaa.com with your registered number.

Editing Your Profile

Profile → Edit Profile at any time. You can update photos, bio, preferences, and settings without losing your match history.

Subscription Management

Settings → Subscription. View your current plan, billing date, and cancel with one tap. No retention screens, no calls required.

Deleting Your Account

Settings → Account → Delete Account → Confirm. This is permanent and irreversible. Your account, profile, matches, and messages are deleted. Under GDPR, all personal data is fully purged within 30 days. See our Data Deletion Policy.

Before You Delete

Consider using the Pause feature (Settings → Pause Account) which hides your profile without deleting anything. You can resume any time.
