Allah acknowledges your weakness — with compassion
Allah wants to lighten your burden, for man was created weak.Surah An-Nisa (4:28)
Allah is not condemning human weakness — He is acknowledging it with mercy. The message: I made you this way. I know. I am making it easier, not harder.
Marriage as a sign of Allah's mercy
And among His signs is that He created for you mates from among yourselves, that you may dwell in tranquility with them, and He has put love and mercy between your hearts.Surah Ar-Rum (30:21)
Allah calls marriage a sign of His existence and mercy. The love between two people is, in the Quranic frame, evidence of God. Desire elevated to the divine.
The command to marry
And marry the unmarried among you.Surah An-Nur (24:32)
Allah commands the Muslim community to facilitate marriage — not just permit it. Remove barriers. Make it possible for people to connect lawfully.
Why Allah forbade zina
And do not approach unlawful sexual intercourse. Indeed, it is ever an immorality and is evil as a way.Surah Al-Isra (17:32)
The prohibition is on exploitative, uncommitted sex — not on desire itself. The Quran's concern is harm, not pleasure. Zinaaa acknowledges desire honestly and builds structure around it.
